The rewards are entirely customisable and it is up to you to decide what they are and what way your customers are rewarded. To give you an idea, the following rewards are popular with our current retailers:
- A free item of your choice - "Spend X amount of money in store and receive a free X". The freebie and the amount of money that has to be spent (generally across multiple visits) in order to redeem the freebie are both decided and set by the retailer.
- A % discount - "Spend X amount of money in store and receive X% off your next purchase." Again, the amount of discount and the amount the customer has to spend are both decided by the retailer.
