We are taking the following steps to help prevent fraud:
- We block screen captures of the reward countdown screen.
- When a customer redeems a reward, we can optionally display a unique code which you may choose to record in your POS system.
We would note that all systems can be "hacked" in some way if someone is determined enough. Even paper cards can be forged or recreated. Generally, as the reward is redeemed in person and in-store, this goes a long way to prevent any misuse.
