When customers sign up to loyalBe, they connect their payment information to the app. The customer will then pay as normal with their debit card in store. loyalBe’s algorithms regularly check for transactions in the background and if a customer has spent money with a retailer who is signed up to our platform, a “match” is detected between the customer and the retailer’s accounts. The points are automatically awarded to the customer based on how much they have spent.
