Yes, if you visit the Loyalty Program tab and click "Know Your Customers", you can view a list of your customers organised with your most loyal customers at the top. If you click on a customer's name, you will be taken to their profile where you can view information such as last visit date, visit history, reward history, etc. We only display a customer's first name on their profile, in order to protect their privacy.
You can send a reward directly to your top customers - simply pick the reward and a message to go with it and hit send. We’ll deliver a push notification to them right away.
