loyalBe doesn't have access to what products customers purchase for privacy reasons therefore it is not possible to attach points to certain products or exclude certain products.
It is possible to set promo codes within the platform so customers who are signed up to loyalBe may receive an offer which can be redeemed in store against a certain product(s). The customer would receive the promo code through the app which they would show to a member of staff in store. As a member of staff would authorise the discount at the till/PO, it would be up to staff to ensure that the code was being used on the right products. As this promo is actioned at the till, it would have to be a % discount as opposed to points.
