If you switch on our Feedback feature from the dashboard, we will automatically ask customers to leave feedback on their experience, after they make a purchase.
We use Net Promoter Score™ when asking for feedback, which is simply a rating from 0 to 10 on how likely they are to recommend you to a friend or colleague. We also ask for any additional comments from customers on their visit.
This feedback is entirely private to you, but you can optionally choose to ask customers who rate you highly (either 9 or 10) to leave a public review on TripAdvisor, Facebook or Google (if you provide your profiles for these).
