Net Promoter Score is a very simple tool for assessing customer loyalty.
It is a very specific question asked to customers after they visit:
“On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend [you] to a friend or colleague?”
If a customer rates you a 9 or a 10, they are said to be a ‘promoter’ of your brand. If they rate you 7 or 8, they are ‘neutral’ and anything below 7 means they are a ‘detractor’.
We can use this rating to calculate your Net Promoter Score rating (from -100 to 100) and display this to you in your dashboard. A positive score is a great indicator of customer loyalty.
