To find your Google review URL you need to visit your Google My Business dashboard.
In the left menu, click Home.
In the 'Get more reviews' card, you can copy your short URL to paste into the loyalBe Feedback Settings.

Don't forget to hit 'Save' in order to save your review URL to loyalBe.
